Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of heyAnaya's website and services, operated by Flobiz Technologies. By using heyAnaya you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

heyAnaya is an AI front desk for service businesses - it answers inbound calls, books appointments, follows up on leads, chases no-shows, and runs customer-retention nudges. Features and availability may change over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent in order to use heyAnaya.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when signing up or requesting a demo.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable UAE laws.
• Inform your customers, where required, that calls are handled by an AI receptionist.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, use it for unsolicited messaging, or use it to make calls that violate UAE telecommunications regulations.

5. Trial and pilot

If you participate in a free pilot, the trial period and conditions are communicated during onboarding. We may end a pilot at our discretion if the service is misused.

6. Fees

Paid plans are communicated in writing in advance. Fees are billed in AED and are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your agreement.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the heyAnaya software, brand, and content remain with heyAnaya or its licensors. You retain rights in the data you provide and in your customers' data; we act as a processor on your behalf for the latter.

8. Disclaimers

heyAnaya is a productivity tool for business operations. It does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice and should not be relied upon as such. The service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, heyAnaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using heyAnaya at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use after the changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
