heyAnaya is an AI front desk for service businesses operated by Flobiz Technologies. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit our website or use heyAnaya as part of your business operations.

1. Information we collect

When you submit our forms or interact with our AI agent, we collect:

• Name, phone number, business name, city, and business type you provide.
• The voice transcript of any demo conversation with our AI agent.
• Standard browser metadata (user agent, referrer, IP address) for forensics and anti-abuse.

2. How we use it

• To contact you about onboarding heyAnaya for your business.
• To improve the AI agent's performance on UAE service-business use cases.
• To send relevant updates about features that affect your operations.

3. Customer data when heyAnaya is live for your business

If your business onboards heyAnaya, the AI receptionist will collect personal data from your customers - names, phone numbers, appointment details. You remain the data controller; we act as the data processor on your behalf, under a written processing agreement.

4. UAE PDPL and Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021

We operate in alignment with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. Personal data of UAE residents is processed in line with PDPL principles: lawful processing, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, and storage limitation. We have a designated contact for data subject requests at privacy@heyanaya.ai.

5. Data residency

Demo data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the EU and UAE regions. For paying customers we provide data residency options within the UAE on request.

6. Retention

Demo conversation transcripts are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Form submissions are retained while you remain a prospect or customer plus 24 months for compliance.

7. Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share data only with the infrastructure and AI providers strictly necessary to operate heyAnaya - and only under contracts that bind them to the same standards we hold ourselves to.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email privacy@heyanaya.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel and standard analytics to understand ad performance. You can opt out via your browser settings or by emailing us.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated via email if we hold your contact.
